(Foto: Rodrigo Belda)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h1>Disse hjemmelagde energikulene kan du ta med p\u00e5 langturen eller spise dem etterp\u00e5 for raskt \u00e5 fylle p\u00e5 med energi. Nyt dem gjerne sammen med en smoothie rik p\u00e5 antioksydanter. Da skal jeg love deg at dagen blir mye bedre.<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p>Av Rodrigo Belda<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>Energikuler (ca 40 stk)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>20 stk dadler uten stein<\/li>\n<li>50g saltede pean\u00f8tter<\/li>\n<li>50g valn\u00f8tter<\/li>\n<li>30g pistasjn\u00f8tter<\/li>\n<li>30g traneb\u00e6r (hakkede)<\/li>\n<li>150g kokosmasse<\/li>\n<li>150g store havregryn<\/li>\n<li>2 ss r\u00e5 kakaopulver (kj\u00f8pes hos Helsekost)<\/li>\n<li>4 ss kokosfett (Cocosa med smak)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kj\u00f8r sammen dadler, pean\u00f8tter, valn\u00f8tter og pistasjn\u00f8tter i en foodprosessor til en middelsglatt masse. Om du ikke har en foodprosessor kan du finhakke alt sammen, det vil i s\u00e5 fall ta litt tid. Ha massen over i en bolle og ha over resten av ingredienser. Ta p\u00e5 engangshansker og bland det godt sammen. Rull sammen kuler og legg de lagvis i en boks med matpapir mellom. Halvmaraton har han l\u00f8pt p\u00e5 sterke 1.19.16 i Barcelona 2020.
